1. Modern, Cost-Effective Architecture: We engineered a high-performance Vue.js Single Page Application (SPA) that eliminated page-load latency while officially freeing the client from their expensive legacy platform fees.
2. Frictionless On-Site Booking: We integrated the Eviivo booking engine directly within the application shell. By keeping the reservation flow entirely on-site, we eliminated the jarring third-party redirect and protected the booking conversion funnel.
3. Brand & Asset Overhaul: We executed a complete visual modernization, compressing heavy image assets for speed and reconstructing their pixelated logo using crisp HTML-rendered typography for perfect sharpness across all devices.
4. Immersive Media Integration: We embedded an interactive Virtual Walkthrough directly on the homepage to drive immediate engagement and showcase the property's true value without sacrificing site speed.
