The Inn was trapped on a costly legacy platform plagued by pervasive layout defects, broken navigation loops, and dead links that instantly lowered perceived quality. Visually, the brand suffered from pixelated assets, and the critical booking flow redirected guests to a third-party site, causing a drop-off in conversion.

We engineered a highly performant Vue.js SPA to eliminate page-load latency. We embedded an immersive Virtual Walkthrough directly on the homepage to drive engagement, while integrating the Eviivo booking engine within the application shell to keep the reservation flow entirely on-site. Additionally, we executed a visual overhaul: compressing assets for speed and reconstructing their pixelated logo using HTML-rendered typography for perfect sharpness.

The organization was relying on a primitive legacy site that suffered from broken navigation, unprofessional styling, and failed to communicate their impact. They needed a modern platform to host community resources and manage a complex recurring event schedule, but the existing static architecture was inefficient, requiring manual code edits for every single schedule update.

We replaced the static legacy code with a high-performance Vue.js SPA hosted on Firebase. We executed a complete media overhaul, implementing responsive image optimization, embedded video integration, and a custom carousel to modernize the user experience. To eliminate database overhead, we architected a serverless, JSON-driven event engine—a "Content-as-Code" solution that calculates recurring schedules and auto-archives past events client-side, ensuring the site loads instantly with zero security vulnerabilities.
